Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of auricular point sticking combined with psychological nursing on mental state and quality of life of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 62 breast cancer patients admitted to the Yanbin Town Health Center,Junan County from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given auricular point sticking combined with psychological nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,and the quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular point sticking combined with psychological nursing mode in breast cancer patients can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and can be applied in clinical promotion.关键词
