Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in children's colonoscopy.Methods A total of 200 children undergoing colonoscopy in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and study group by the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the study group had higher intestinal cleanliness scores,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate and total compliance rate in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in children's colonoscopy has remarkable effect,which can improve the compliance and intestinal cleanliness of children,reduce adverse reactions,and have a high satisfaction.关键词
