Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in pediatric viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 70 children with viral myocarditis admitted to Department of Cardiology,Caoxian People's Hospital of Heze from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into reference group(35 cases)and experimental group(35 cases).The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing.The myocardial enzyme indicators,clinical symptom remission time,and total satisfaction rate of parents between the two groups were compared.Results The levels of creatinine phosphokinase isoenzyme and creatinine phosphokinase in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the time of chest tightness relief,fever remission,and arrhythmia improvement was shorter than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in pediatric viral myocarditis has remarkable application effect,which can help improve myocardial enzyme indicators,promote the relief of clinical symptoms,and has a high degree of satisfaction.关键词
