摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing in female patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods From December 2020 to December 2022,80 female patients who underwent LC in Lanling County People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received predictive nursing.The total complication rate and postoperative pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total complication rate in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention in female patients undergoing LC can reduce the rate of complications and relieve postoperative pain,and the application effect is good.关键词
