摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of palliative nursing based on symptom management theory in hospitalized patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced cervical cancer who were treated and hospitalized in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group(40 cases)was given routine inpatient nursing,and the observation group(40 cases)was given routine inpatient nursing+palliative nursing based on symptom management theory.The psychological resilience(Connor-Davidson resilience scale[CD-RISC]),the degree of cancer-related fatigue(Piper fatigue scale[PFS]),and quality of life(World Health Organization quality of life-BREF[WHOQOL-BREF])were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the CD-RISC and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the PFS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The palliative nursing based on symptom management theory has a good effect in the application of advanced cervical cancer patients,which can improve the psychological state,reduce the degree of cancer-related fatigue,and improve the quality of life.关键词
