Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of SBAR standard communication mode in gynecological nursing teaching.Methods A total of 27 nursing students who practiced in the Department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from June to December 2022 were selected as the control group(using routine clinical teaching program),and 27 nursing students who practiced from January to June 2023 were selected as the observation group(using SBAR standard communication mode),and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores of both groups were improved after teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of communication ability,disease assessment ability,and ward round ability of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of teaching work in the observation group(96.30% )was higher than that in the control group(74.07% )(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SBAR standard communication mode in gynecological nursing teaching can achieve ideal results,which is helpful to improve the quality of teaching,improve the learning effect of nursing students,improve the teaching satisfaction of practice nursing students,and has high promotion value.关键词
