活血杀胚方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果
Clinical effect of Huoxue Shapei Recipe combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Shapei Recipe combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods A total of 263 cases of tubal pregnancy patients admitted to the Department of Gynecology,the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(131 cases with Methotrexate muscle injection)and study group(132 cases with Methotrexate combined with Huoxue Shapei Recipe)by random number method.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),abdominal pain relief time,pelvic mass diameter,vaginal bleeding stop time,liver and kidney function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in TCM symptom score,β-HCG,pelvic mass diameter,abdominal pain disappearance time,and vaginal bleeding cessation time between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood routine examination,liver function,and creatinine between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Shapei Recipe combined with Methotrexate has significant curative effect in the treatment of ectopic tubation pregnancy,which can improve the TCM symptom of patients,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain,reduce blood β-HCG,and promote the absorption of pelvic mass,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
