雾化吸入患儿家属对雾化器清洁消毒的知信行现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the current situation of knowledge,beliefs,behaviors,and influencing factors of family members of children with atomization inhalation on cleaning and disinfection of atomizer

Abstract
Objective To understand the knowledge,beliefs,behaviors,and needs of the families of children with nebulized inhalation regarding the cleaning and disinfection of atomizer and analyze influencing factors,in order to provide theoretical basis for implementing personalized nursing interventions.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 250 family members of hospitalized children with nebulization treatment in Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Guangdong Province from October to November 2023 to investigate their knowledge,beliefs,behaviors,demand status,and related influencing factors on nebulizer cleaning and disinfection.Results The scores of family members'knowledge,belief,behavior,and total scale of nebulizer cleaning and disinfection were(19.19±5.74),(28.42±4.61),(16.96±4.10)and(64.56±12.24)points,respectively.48.6% of family members believed that they needed knowledge about nebulizer cleaning and disinfection.40.8% of family members hoped to acquire relevant knowledge through face-to-face model demonstration.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the degree of understanding of the condition and the degree of pressure were the influencing factors of the knowledge of cleaning and disinfection of the nebulizer,the gender of the child,the total monthly income of the family,the form of payment of medical expenses,whether or not they had received relevant knowledge/training,and the degree of pressure were the influencing factors of the behavior,and the degree of pressure was the influencing factors of the total score of knowledge,belief and behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion Family members of children with nebulized inhalation have a positive attitude towards nebulizer cleaning and disinfection,but there is a lack of relevant knowledge and behavior that needs to be improved,resulting in a strong demand for related knowledge.Nursing staff should strengthen health education for the families of patients based on their needs,develop personalized intervention measures to improve their knowledge,belief,behavior level in cleaning and disinfecting nebulizer,reduce the risk of cross infection,and promote the recovery of patients.关键词
