On the Design and Implementation of Ideological and Political Teaching in Three-Stage Pattern for the Course of Public Economics under the ADDIE Model

Abstract
As a course to study the economic behavior and laws of the public sector,public economics has distinct pub-lic attributes and strong practical care,which determines that it should and can integrate the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era into the course teaching with the realization of moral education goal.Taking public economics as an example,based on the ADDIE model and focus on the teaching goal of"course content+ideological and political edu-cation",this paper deals with a course-design with an effective path for the reform of ideological and political teaching in courses,that is,the ideological and political content of courses can be segmented into five stages:pre-class analysis,course design,course development,teaching implementation and after-class evaluation,where by using various methods such as"course teaching+case teaching+problem chain orientation+classroom interaction"and"online and offline mixed teaching",the people-oriented course teaching can be promoted to meet the requirements of the development of new liberal arts in a deep and multi-angle way.关键词
