脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴耦合协调关系研究
Research on the Coupling and Synergistic Relationship Between Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
The"14th-Five-Year Plan"period is a historical critical period for consolidating and expanding poverty alle-viation achievements and effectively connecting them with rural revitalization.Taking the 29 counties(districts)in Shaanxi Province that has been lifted out of poverty in 2020 as the research object,based on factor analysis,a comprehensive evalu-ation index system of coupling and synergistic relationship between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is constructed.By use of the Coupling and Synergistic Modal(CSM),the comprehensive level and coupling and synergistic relationship de-gree between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is measured.Finally,according to the measurement results,the real-ization path is proposed from five aspects such as industry,talent,culture,ecology and governance,with an aim to provide reference for the relevant counties(districts)in Shaanxi Province to accelerate the consolidation and expansion of poverty al-leviation achievements and the effective connection with rural revitalization.关键词
