石羊河尾闾青土湖土壤种子库特征及其与地上植被的关系
Characteristics of Soil Seed Bank and Its Relationship with Aboveground Vegetation in the Qingtu Lake at the End of Shiyang River

Abstract
In order to explore the role of soil seed bank in plant protection in the Qingtu Lake at the end of Shiyang River and its potential in ecological restoration,the composition and spatial distribution of soil seed bank in the Qingtu Lake region and its relationship with aboveground vegetation were studied by combi-ning field vegetation survey and seed germination test.The results showed that 1)there were 9 species of plants in the soil seed bank of the Qingtu Lake region,belonging to 6 families and 9 genera.Chenopodiaceae plants were the most,and the proportion of annual herb seeds was the highest,accounting for 51.86%-94.32%,and the proportion of shrub plants was very small.2)The density of soil seed bank was 0-1 516.67 grains/m2,and the average density of soil seed bank was in the direction of due east>southeast>northwest.The distribution of soil seed bank was mainly concentrated in 0-2 cm soil layer,and the density of seed bank decreased with the increase of soil depth.3)The species diversity index of soil seed bank radi-ating from the center of the lake in the Qingtu Lake region showed a trend of first increasing and then de-creasing,which was in the east direction>southeast direction>northwest direction.4)The average simi-larity coefficient of soil seed bank and aboveground vegetation in the Qingtu Lake region was low,ranging from 0.03 to 0.20,which was in very different level,indicating significant differences in species composi-tion.The research results can provide scientific basis and support for vegetation restoration around the Qingtu Lake.关键词
