Abstract
PCBA is a core component of electronic products,and its reliability directly determines the lifespan of the product.Therefore,the production testing process of PCBA is very important.The traditional testing scheme for PCBA involves manual cooperation with testing fixtures.With the increasing cost of labor and anti-static technology requirements of PCBA,the need for automated testing of PCBA is becoming increasingly urgent.This paper introduces a PCBA automated testing system for mobile terminal products,which can achieve full automated production logistics,handling,and testing of mobile terminal products.It integrates 2G/3G/4G/5G cellular testing instruments,Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/GPS testing instruments,power supply and so on.It achieves full automation,black lighting,and unmanned testing of communication terminal products PCBA,achieving a high level of intelligent manufacturing.关键词
