Abstract
In the new era,under the comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of China,actively implementing the"Three Centers and One Major"decision-making system is an important manifestation of practicing democratic centralism in public hospitals.It plays a significant role in improving the modern management capabilities of public hospitals,enhancing the level of medical services,and consolidating the core leadership position of the Party committees in public hospitals.Currently,in the implementation process of the"Three Centers and One Major"decision-making system in public hospital party organizations,there are issues such as partial understanding,hasty decision-making agendas,and inadequate supervision.Based on this,this study explores the path of party building leading the"Three Centers and One Major"decision-making system in public hospitals,focusing on improving ideological awareness,implementing execution efficiency,and strengthening supervision.It aims to pro-mote the continuous,healthy,and high-quality development of public hospitals.关键词
