Abstract
Objective To identify the key policies related to the maternal and child population in the 14th Five-Year Plan for Health and Development in each province(region,city)and to understand the policy priorities for different groups of women and chil-dren,providing a reference for the formulation of future maternal and child health policies.Methods Word frequency analysis,coding analysis,and matrix coding were conducted using Nvivo12 qualitative research software to interpret the maternal and child-related policies in 24 health and development plans.Results Health and development plans in all provinces(regions,cities)prioritize maternal and child health and focus on healthcare services(24)and medical services(22)for women and children.However,there is a relatively insufficient emphasis on creating a child-friendly environment,and related safeguard measures need further improvement.Conclusion Provinces(regions,cities),as well as healthcare institutions,should focus on the healthcare of women of childbearing age in future planning,prioritize the construction of a child-friendly environment,and gradually improve the safeguard system.It is important to explore characteristic safeguard measures for maternal and child health.关键词
