Identification effect study of three different markers on human lymphatic endothelial cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the identification effect of three different markers on human lym-phatic endothelial cells.Methods Human lymphatic endothelial cells were cultured.The expression of Prox-1,LYVE-1,and VEGFR-3 protein and mRNA were detected by immunochemistry and PCR,respectively.Re-sults The expression of PROX1 and LYVE1 was observed in the immunochemistry of human lymphatic en-dothelial cells after passage,but the expression of VEGFR-3 was not observed.Normal PCR showed that PROX1,LYVE1 and VEGFR-3 mRNA were expressed,and the expression of VEGFR-3 mRNA was signifi-cantly decreased.Conclusion Prox-1,LYVE-1 and VEGFR-3 can be used to identify suitable human lymphatic endo-thelial cells,and the expression of VEGFR-3 can be dynamically changed according to the literature analysis.关键词
