The Realistic Dilemma and Response Strategies of Construction of Young Teachers'Team of Primary and Secondary Schools under the Guidance of Educator Spirit

Abstract
The Party and the country have put forward new requirements to promote the spirit of educa-tors and lead the high-quality development of education.The importance of teacher team construction is further highlighted and strengthening the construction of young teachers in primary and secondary schools under the guidance of the spirit of educators has important practical significance.From the perspective of educators,the current challenges on the construction of young teachers in primary and secondary schools include the urgent need to strengthen teacher ethics,insufficient training and tap-ping of young teachers,ineffective internalization of their professional identity,and the need for con-tinuous improvement in the working mechanism for the development of young teachers.The response strategy to guide the construction of young teachers in primary and secondary schools with the spirit of educators is to strengthen the role of moral guidance for young teachers,strengthen the continuous tracking and training of young teachers,enhance their professional identity and improve the working mechanism of young teacher team construction.关键词
