干扰素刺激基因20的研究进展
Progress in research on interferon stimulated gene 20
摘要
Abstract
Interferon-stimulated gene 20(ISG20)belongs to the DEDDh exonuclease family.It has 3′-5′ end exonuclease activity and can degrade RNA and DNA.ISG20 plays an important role in the host's innate immune defense against virus.In addition,the role of ISG20 in specific diseases and the use of ISG20 as a biomarker of diseases have important biological significance.This article summarizes the general situation of ISG20,reviews the progress in antiviral research on ISG20 in recent years,and expounds its potential use in disease markers,in order to provide reference for further research on antiviral immunity and development of disease treatment drugs with ISG20.关键词
