福建七叶一枝花重楼皂苷含量与影响因子分析
Analysis on Polyphyllin Content and Influencing Factors of Paris polphylla var.chinensis in Fujian Province

Abstract
HPLC was used to determine the content of polyphyllin Ⅰ,polyphyllin Ⅱ,and polyphyllin Ⅶ from 49 samples of 7-year-old Paris polyphylla var.chinensis,and the influencing factors of polyphyllin content were analyzed.The results showed that the total polyphyllin content in 49 samples of P.polphylla var.chinensis from Fujian were 0.179％-1.820％,and 32 of the test materials met the requirements of the pharmacopoeia.In the total content,polyphyllin Ⅶ occupies an absolute advantage,reaching 94.75％,while polyphyllin Ⅰand polyphyllin Ⅱonly account for 5.25％.The geographical origin,growth ages,and altitude had a significant impact on the poly-phyllin content of P.polphylla var.chinensis,while the month of excavation,longitude,and latitude had no signi-ficant impact.关键词
