The Basic Experience of the CPC leadership in Promoting Whole-process People's Democracy
摘要
Abstract
The great historical process of the CPC leading the Chinese people to"win democracy"and build democracy is the whole-process of people's democratic creation.The Party's leadership in the process has four basic experiences:firstly,we must adhere to subjective consciousness,which is reflected in the Party's leadership and promotion derived from the Party's faith,mission,and responsibility;secondly,we must adhere to a practical orientation,which is reflected in the Party's integration of its democratic struggle goals with the theme of the times,and promote the development of democratic politics;thirdly,we must adhere to gradual development,which is reflected in the gradual development of the Party's macro strategy and individual promotion based on national conditions,and the combination of great goals and step-by-step implementation;fourthly,we must adhere to the principle of the people being the masters of the country,which is reflected in the unity and coordinated de-velopment of substantive democracy and procedural democracy.The four major experiences not only make important contribu-tions to the Party's theory of people's democracy and the path of democratic development in China,but also provide experience for the innovation of the Party's democratic theory.关键词
