Forging a Sense of National Identity:Historical Context,Theoretical Significance,and Practical Route

Abstract
A new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics has begun,and the establishment of the modern Chinese country has brought in a"social field"unlike anything seen in any other time period.The most beneficial"variable"for the significant rejuvenation of the Chinese people is now the highest level of awareness coherence within the Chinese national community.Under the direc-tion of the Communist Party of China,creating a strong sense of community for the Chinese peo-ple is a significant social undertaking.Fundamentally,in order to forge a strong sense of communi-ty for the Chinese people in the new era,it is necessary to appropriately manage relations be-tween all ethnic groups within the framework of the Chinese people's"pluralism and unity,"ele-vate the values that all ethnic groups share from"free"to"conscious",and consistently raise awareness of the great motherland,socialism with Chinese characteristics,Chinese culture,and the Communist Party of China.关键词
