清毒百炎消外敷对急慢性创面愈合的应用效果
Study on the application of topical application of Qingdu Baiyanxiao on the healing of acute and chronic wounds
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application of external application of Qingdu Baiyanxie on the healing of acute and chronic wounds.Methods 84 patients with acute and chronic wounds treated in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group according to random number table.Control group were treated with conventional debridement and dressing change,and observation group were treated with Qingdu Baiyanxiao on the basis of the control group.And then,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),inflammatory factors,wound area,wound healing rate,complications and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VEGF levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were lower than those before treatment,and VEGF levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CRP,PCT and TNF-α levels were lower than those in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the wound areas of both groups were smaller than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the wound healing rate was higher than that of the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no local or systemic adverse reactions and allergic phenomenon in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion For patients with acute and chronic wounds,Qingdu Baiyanxiao can increase the levels of VEGF,enhance the healing rate of wounds,reduce the levels of CRP,PCT and TNF-α,reduce the area of wounds,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is safe and reliable in clinical application.关键词
