Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects and postoperative complications between laparoscopic radical surgery and open surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods 90 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The control group received open surgery,and the observation group received laparoscopic radical surgery.The perioperative indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the surgical time,length of intraoperative specimen resection,and number of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss and incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic radical surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer has better effect than open surgery,with less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,and fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
