Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound for internal mammary lymph node(IMLN)metastasis of patients with breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 102 breast cancer patients with suspected IMLN metastasis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of surgery or puncture pathology,the patients were divided into metastasis group(60 cases,with IMLN metastasis)and non-metastasis group(42 cases,without IMLN metastasis).All patients were given high-frequency ultrasound before surgery.The features of ultrasound images of the two groups were analyzed,and the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound for IMLN metastasis of breast cancer patients was evaluated.Results The IMLN long diameter and thick diameter of the metastasis group were significantly higher than those of the non-metastasis group(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found in the IMLN long diameter/thick diameter ratio and the ultrasonic manifestations of IMLN blood flow signals between the two groups(P>0.05).ROC curve results showed that the AUC of combined diagnosis of IMLN long diameter and thick diameter for IMLN metastasis in breast cancer patients was 0.870,higher than that of single index diagnosis.Conclusions IMLN long diameter and thick diameter under high-frequency ultrasound has high diagnostic value for IMLN metastasis in breast cancer patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
