Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods 106 patients with postpartum PFD admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=53)and control group(n=53).The control group was given systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise,and the experimental group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise.The clinical efficacy and pelvic floor examination results were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.57%,higher than 75.47%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidences of hemorrhoids,wound pain,lumbosacral pain,urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise can significantly enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength of patients with postpartum PFD,improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse,and improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
