Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical value between magnetic resonance imaging and CT in the evaluation of tumor activity in liver cancer patients after interventional surgery.Methods 52 liver cancer patients(65 lesions)with interventional embolization therapy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and given magnetic resonance imaging and CT at 3 to 5 weeks after the interventional surgery.Taking pathological examination results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of magnetic resonance imaging and CT for tumor positive lesions in liver cancer patients after interventional surgery was analyzed.Results Among 65 tumor lesions,26 tumor lesions were confirmed as positive by pathological examination after surgery.A total of 24 positive lesions were detected by magnetic resonance imaging,and 16 positive lesions were detected by CT.The sensitivity and accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging were 84.62%and 90.77%,respectively,higher than 46.15%and 72.31%of CT(P<0.05).κtest showed excellent consistency between magnetic resonance imaging and pathological examination results(κ=0.805,P=0.000),and poor consistency between CT and pathological examination results(κ=0.384,P=0.001).Conclusions Compared with CT,magnetic resonance imaging has higher application value in the evaluation of tumor activity in liver cancer patients after interventional surgery,which can improve the detection rate of tumor positive lesions and provide effective reference for clinical treatment.关键词
