Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of percutaneous intervertebral endoscopic surgery on lumbar function,pain degree and inflammatory response in patients with lumbar interbody infection.Methods 110 patients with lumbar interbody infection admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group(58 cases,traditional open surgery)and study group(52 cases,percutaneous intervertebral endoscopic surgery)according to different surgical methods.The lumbar function,pain degree and inflammatory indicators(ESR,CRP,PCT)were compared between two groups.Results 3 months after surgery,the VAS score,ODI score,serum PCT,CRP and ESR levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional open surgery,percutaneous intervertebral endoscopic surgery can significantly improve the lumbar function,and reduce the pain degree and inflammatory response in patients with lumbar interbody infection.关键词
