Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of bracketless invisible appliance in children with early correction.Methods 88 children with orthodontics in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group used fixed appliance for orthodontics,while the observation group used bracketless invisible appliance for orthodontics.The periodontal health indicators,correction time and masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the SBI and PLI of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The tilt tooth straightening time,torsion tooth straightening time and total correction time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the detection wavelength of masticatory function in the observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bracketless invisible appliance can improve the periodontal health level and masticatory function of children with early correction,and shorten the correction time.关键词
