Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of modified Nice knot combined with bone plate internal fixation on finger function recovery and complications in patients with oblique metacarpophalangeal fractures.Methods 60 patients with oblique metacarpophalangeal fractures were divided into reference group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with modified Nice knot combined with bone plate internal fixation.The perioperative indicators,finger function recovery and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,the excellent and good rate of Dargan function was higher,and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Nice knot combined with bone plate internal fixation in the treatment of patients with oblique metacarpophalangeal fractures,can significantly shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,promote the finger function recovery,and reduce the complications.关键词
