Abstract
Objective To analyze the predictive value of combined detection of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),homocysteine(Hcy)and adiponectin on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)undergoing interventional therapy.Methods 96 CHD patients undergoing interventional therapy in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as study group,and 110 healthy people with physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The study group was followed up for 1 year after treatrment,and divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group according to the prognosis.The serum CRP,Hcy and adiponectin levels were compared between the study group and the control group,and the good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group.ROC curve was used to analyze the predictive value of combined detection of serum CRP,Hcy and adiponectin on the prognosis of CHD patients undergoing interventional therapy.Results The serum CRP,Hcy and adiponectin levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum CRP,Hcy and adiponectin levels of the poor prognosis group were higher than those of the good prognosis group(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the AUC of combined detection of serum CRP,Hcy and adiponectin in predicting the prognosis of CHD patients undergoing interventional therapy was 0.844,higher than that of each index alone(P<0.05).Conclusions The serum CRP,Hcy and adiponectin levels are closely related to the prognosis of CHD patients undergoing interventional therapy,and the combined detection of serum CRP,Hcy and adiponectin has higher predictive value on the prognosis of CHD patients undergoing interventional therapy.关键词
