Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods 74 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with self-made Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.The treatment effect,limb motor function,life self-care ability and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.30%,higher than 81.08%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA and BI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Self-made Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction combined with rehabilitation training has better effect in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke,which can accelerate the symptom recovery of patients,and improve the limb motor function and life self-care ability,with safety and reliability.关键词
