Abstract
Objective To analyze the serum estradiol(E2)and progesterone expressions of in v itro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)assisted pregnancy patients before frozen-thawed embryo transfer and the correlation with pregnancy outcomes.Methods 126 IVF-ET assisted pregnancy patients from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected.The serum E2 and progesterone expressions were detected before frozen-thawed embryo transfer,and the pregnancy outcomes were counted after completing IVF-ET assisted pregnancy.The serum E2 and progesterone expressions of patients with different pregnancy outcomes before frozen-thawed embryo transfer were compared,and the correlation between the serum E2,progesterone expressions and pregnancy outcomes was analyzed.Results 51 out of 126 IVF-ET assisted pregnancy patients were successful,with the success rate of 40.48%.The serum E2 and progesterone of failed pregnancy patients before frozen-thawed embryo transfer were lower than those of successful pregnancy patients(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that the serum E2 and progesterone expressions were correlated with pregnancy outcomes(P<0.05).Conclusions The pregnancy outcomes of IVF-ET assisted pregnancy patients are closely correlated with the serum E2 and progesterone expression before frozen-thawed embryo transfer.关键词
