Application of Progressive Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Motivational Behavior Transformation Combined with Mindful Behavior Training in the Nursing of Chemotherapy Patients with Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation combined with mindful behavior training in the nursing of chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.Methods 104 chemotherapy patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into routine group and combined group.The routine group was given mindful behavior training,and the combined group was given progressive rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the FVC,FEV1/FVC and PEF of the combined group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the FACT-G score of the combined group was lower than that of the routine group,and the CD-RISC score was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Progressive rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation combined with mindful behavior training can significantly improve the lung function indicators,quality of life,and psychological resilience of chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.关键词
