摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of multi-mode psychological nursing on psychological status and coping style of patients with pulmonary infection.Methods 90 patients with pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into study group(45 cases)and reference group(45 cases).The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given the multi-mode psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score]and coping style[trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)score]of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and negative coping of TCSQ in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,while the score of positive coping of TCSQ was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-mode psychological nursing can significantly improve the psychological status and disease coping style of patients with pulmonary infection.关键词
