Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of operation room detailed nursing mode on perioperative indicators and immune function of patients undergoing da Vinci robot assisted nephrectomy.Methods 92 patients undergoing da Vinci robot assisted nephrectomy in our hospital from August 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received operation room detailed nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The perioperative indicators,immune function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The perioperative indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the IgA and IgM levels after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Operation room detailed nursing mode for patients undergoing da Vinci robot assisted nephrectomy can promote the improvement of perioperative indicators,enhance the immunity,and reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
