Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of"321"health education combined with WeChat supervision in elderly patients with stroke.Methods 90 elderly patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the enrollment order,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received"321"health education combined WeChat supervision on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the self-management ability and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups increased,and the self-management ability and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions"321"health education combined with WeChat supervision in elderly patients with stroke can improve the self-management ability and quality of life.关键词
