摘要

Abstract

The domestically produced SA516Gr.70(HIC),200 mm thick steel plate has excellent resistance to wet hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion.It is used in core equipment such as cold and high-pressure separators in hydrogenation units.To study its weldability and formability,the chemical composition,mechanical properties,hardness,etc.of the steel plate were analyzed and pre-bent stress calculation of the cylinder section plate material was done using 400℃yield strength average value.The 580℃medium temperature rolling and forming process,as well as chemical composition,mechanical properties,etc.of the longitudinal seam test plate of the cylinder section,were tracked.The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of the domestically produced SA516Gr.70(HIC)thick plates are balanced in different positions and directions;The maximum roundness and edge angle of the cylinder section after medium temperature calibration are 4 mm and 2 mm,and the forming size is qualified;The mechanical properties of the longitudinal seam test plate meet the requirements of the technical documents.This research project verified the good weldability and formability of the domestically produced SA516Gr.70(HIC),200 mm thick steel plate,and verified that forming technology of thick plate vessel sections has reached a relatively high level of domestic technology.
