Research Progress of Pirfenidone and Its Derivatives
摘要
Abstract
This article reviews the research and development process of pirfenidone and summarizes the research on the pharmacological activity of pirfenidone.Using pirfenidone as the lead compound,multiple series of derivatives have been developed.These derivatives have good biological ac-tivity and provide theoretical basis for the development and design of novel drugs with more unique structures and better activity.关键词
