Abstract
This article focuses on the research and application of an online intelligent gas detection system for reaction vessels.In response to the urgent need for gas concentration monitoring in fine chemical reactions,an innovative solution is proposed.The system aims to ensure the stabil-ity and safety of the reaction process,achieve real-time gas detection through modular design,and flexibly configure communication modules and sensor modules according to actual needs to adapt to different application scenarios.The application of the online intelligent detection system in fine phosphorus chemical equipment was demonstrated through practical cases,and its effectiveness and reliability were verified,greatly im-proving the safety management level in the production process,which is of great significance for chemical production control.关键词
