Abstract
Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents is a historical mission faced by universities in the new era.Subject competitions can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of college students and cultivate their innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.Taking the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Nanchang University as an example,this paper expounds the significance of discipline competition for the training of chemical professionals from the aspects of the development of discipline competition,talent training mode,innovation and entre-preneurship platform construction,etc.And pointed out the insufficient connection between the existing teaching syllabus and subject competi-tions,as well as the problems in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platforms,existing textbooks,reward measures,and other aspects,and proposed targeted improvement measures to create a comprehensive and comprehensive environment for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents.关键词
