摘要

Abstract

Vulcanization and hydroxide sedimentation method was used for the treatment of waste acid,it has a low resource utilization rate and solid waste slag,large output of high hardness wastewater,and other problems,then the resource technical researches of waste acid were developed,for resource utilization of waste acid from lead-zinc smelting,it proposed a"three steps"technical route that heavy metal removal-zinc oxide neutralization-fluorine and chlorine removal,the results show:that the removal rate of heavy metals can reach more than 98%,there are 90%waste acid can be recycled,the loss rate of zinc ≤2%,sulfur recovery rate ≥95%,water recovery rate is 85%~90%.
