摘要
Abstract
Copper powder produced by the electrolysis method has serious agglomeration phenomenon when in use,it is prone to oxidation,the electrical conductivity is not good,and so on,then it studied the effect of parameters(addition agent Cl-concentration,the current density,temperature,solution circulation flow and other parameters in the electrolysis process)on particle size,structure and performance of copper powders.The electrolysis process flow was optimized,and the copper powder with evenly branched dendritic structure was prepared.关键词
