摘要

Abstract

In the lead smelting process of ISASMELT Furnace,the production process fluctuates wildly because of complex lead materials,metallurgical calculation of the ISASMELT furnace lead smelting process was carried out combined with the production practice,results show that:the occupancy ratio of dry concentrate reaction exothermic in heat income is maximum,which reaches 55.85%;the largest proportion of heat is taken away by lead-rich slag,fume and so on in heat income,which reaches 66.24%.The above-mentioned calculation and production practice verification provide theoretical foundations for proportioning and thermal energy utilization of the lead smelting process of ISASMELT furnace.
