Abstract
Melted iron produced by anode steel claw(brand name is ZG200-400)melting process technology,which chemical component is unqualified,so it analyzed the main influence factors for anode steel claw melted iron smelting,such as equipment selection,proportioning,smelting process,and chemical components,the improved intermediate frequency furnace management is adopted,the proportioning and feeding management,smelting process,and chemical composition controlling method are optimized,after practice,the operation failure rate of the intermediate frequency furnace is reduced by 64%;the unqualified temperature of steel claw melted iron out of the furnace is decreased by 53%;The unqualified times of steel claw melted iron's chemical component is decreased by 76%.关键词
