Abstract
The pros and cons of roasting start-up of electrolytic cells have a big influence on the later-stage operation and service life of aluminum electrolytic cells;the furnace installation process,diversion methods,roasting time,start-up process,controls at the abnormal period,and other links were optimized in roasting start-up practice,then the roasting start-up time of single one electrolytic cell decreased by 26 h,the electrical energy decreased by 42 640 kW·h,the costs saved by ¥23 206 yuan,it has the significant economic benefits.关键词
