摘要

Abstract

Rainwater recycled water supply has the following problems:because water levels fluctuate wildly,it exists pool overflow at high levels,pumps burning at low levels,we researched the constant level water supply system,the signals of water level of pool and valve opening is introduced into PLC for PID control,adjustment of valve opening can be controlled by valve control programming,it realized the dynamic balance of influent and effluent water quantity,when the rainwater recycle system put into automation operation model after 3 min,the water level can be stabled at the setting value,the equipment failure rate is zero,the electricity and maintenance cost can be saved by ¥ ten thousand yuan per year.
