Analysis and Application on Effect of Aluminum Electrolysis Cell Hearth Profile on Current Efficiency
摘要
Abstract
For the abnormal electrolysis cell hearth,low current efficiency,high energy consumption and other problems,in the production,we adjusted the process parameters configuration,intensified operation quality,regulate the hearth profile by artificial assistant,it reduced the production energy consumption and management difficulties,the current efficiency increased by 1%~2%,the effective operation time of the electrolytic cell prolonged around 1 year.关键词
