摘要

Abstract

The printing and dyeing industry produces a huge amount of wastewater,and contains a vari-ety of harmful substances,including stubborn organic dyes,metal ions and various additives,these compo-nents are difficult to degrade,and pose a serious threat to the ecosystem and human health.Although tradi-tional physical and chemical treatment methods can alleviate these problems to some extent,they are often accompanied by high energy consumption,secondary pollution and other problems,which is difficult to meet the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements.Biofilm technology has gradually become a re-search hotspot with its unique biological treatment mechanism,good treatment effect and low operating cost.The construction of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system based on biofilm technology was ex-plored,through the system design,operation parameter optimization and actual case analysis,a comprehen-sive research and discussion was did,in order to provide a more economical,efficient and environmentally friendly solution for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater.
