藜麦抗坏血酸过氧化物酶基因(CqAPX)家族生物信息学与表达模式分析

Abstract
In order to explore the structure and function of quinoa APX(CqAPX)gene,bioinformatics methods and public databases are used to analyze the physicochemical properties,conserved motifs,gene structure and cis-ele-ments,and expression profiles of members of the CqAPX gene family.The results show that CqAPX has high evolu-tionary conservatism and can be divided into four taxa.In addition,the promoter of the CqAPX gene is rich in stress-related cis-acting elements,and CqAPX gene is tissue-specific expression in roots,leaves,inflorescence,and seeds.Drought,salt,and heat stress treatments can significantly alter the expression of CqAPX genes.关键词
