Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing mode on postoperative fracture healing time and self-care ability of patients with lower limb fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to the Second Hospital of Xingguo County from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group(40 patients)and observation group(40 patients)according to the random number table method.Both groups received surgical reduction and fixation.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,and the observation group was given progressive rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery time(postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization time,fracture healing time),self-care ability measurement scale(ESCA)score,lower limb Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMAS)score,activity of daily living scale(ADL)score,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The ESCA score of the two groups after nursing was higher than those before nursing,and the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The FMAS and ADL scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the FMAS and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Progressive rehabilitation nursing mode can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time of patients with lower limb fracture,improve their self-care ability,lower limb motor function and living ability,and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
