摘要

Abstract

Explosion-proof valves are commonly used in oil exploration and other downhole hydraulic equipment,core control components.The existing explosion-proof valves are often used in explosion-proof electromagnets volume is relatively large,it is difficult to give full play to the advantages of the hydraulic components and the system of the power-to-weight ratio is large.Based on the reliability requirements of explosion-proof valves,in the mining explosion-proof valve without increasing the size of the premise,respectively,studies the armature height and diameter ratio,the position of the magnetic isolation ring,the upper end of the magnetic isolation angle of the explosion-proof electromagnets force-stroke characteristics of the impact.Based on the L9(34)orthogonal test,the best combination of structural parameters within the range of the influence degree of the test factors and selection is obtained by using the polar analysis method.The results show that the electromagnetic force stroke characteristic curve is optimal when the structural parameters of the explosion-proof electromagnet are 2.03 of the armature height-to-diameter ratio,the position of the isolating ring is shifted down 0.5 mm from the reference point position,and the isolation angle of the upper end is 30°,which provides guidance for the optimization of the structural parameters of the explosion-proof electromagnet.The rationality and feasibility of the structure design of the explosion-proof electromagnet are verified by building a test bench.
